Mr Suresh Raman is the Vice-President and Regional Head of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Chennai. He manages TCS’ largest delivery centre with over 98000 associates. An alumnus of BITS Pilani, Mr.Suresh holds key positions in various industry bodies. He is also the President of Madras Management Association (MMA), the Chairman of CONNECT, and a member of many chambers, councils and committees.
Mr V Shankar is the founder of Computer Age Management Services Pvt. Ltd. (CAMS) and Director, ACSYS Investments. An IIT Madras and IIM Kolkata alumnus, he is involved with several organisations that promote entrepreneurship.
Dr Kamakoti Veezhinathan, Director, Indian Institute of Technology-Madras, holds numerous positions in various government agencies and bodies. He led the research team that designed and booted up India’s first indigenously-developed microprocessor ‘SHAKTI,’ which can be used in mobile computing devices and networking systems. Dr M Arumugam, founder, Broadline Group Of Companies, is a veteran software industry professional with three decades of experience. He is also a professor of technology at Plymouth University. His pioneering work on the ‘Drug Logistics Management Model’ had won him acclaim from The World Bank, WHO, and other leading international agencies. He is a recipient of the prestigious “Prime Minister’s E-Governance Award for Successful Innovation” in 2000, and is a member of the IT Standardization Committee in Tamilnadu.
Gp Capt R Vijayakumar (Retd), VSM is the Executive Director of the Madras Management Association (MMA). A highly decorated Indian Air Force officer, Gp Capt Vijayakumar was awarded the Vishisht Seva Medal by the President of India for distinguished service of very high order. He is also the recipient of the Commendation Medallion by the Chief of Air Staff and Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief on four occasions in recognition of service of high order. Professor Senthil Kumar is a pioneer in the Indian UAV scene and a winner of numerous awards. His research has been attested by top civilian and military authorities in India and other countries. His contribution towards drone awareness and entrepreneurship is backed by his team’s successes in the drone challenges and events organized by the US Department of Defence, the Australian Medical Express Challenge, the Indian Army and the Indian Air Force.
Rave Shankarr Thanikachalam, a seasoned entrepreneur,is a partner at DB Productions, a renowned techno-creative solution company. He began working with his family business at first, and then expanded his entrepreneurial journey. He opened the first 5D theatre in Chennai, with franchisees in different parts of the country. He ventured into a niche entertainment area, conceptualizing and creating unique experience centres, such as the XD and holographic theatres—the first of its kind in the country.
Mr Subhashis Banerjee is a co-founder and Chief Investment Officer (CIO) at ARTPARK. Having completed his B. Tech from IIT Kanpur, Subhashis went on to pursue his MBA from IIM Calcutta. Mr Mithun Sacheti, is the CEO and Founder of Carat Lane Trading Private Limited. He is also an active investor in early stage businesses and loves a conversation over new ideas.
