Mr Suresh Raman is the President of Madras Management Association, and is the Vice President and Region Head for Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Chennai. He manages TCS’ largest delivery centre, with over 98,000 associates. An alumnus of BITS-Pilani, Mr. Suresh holds key positions in various industry bodies.

Ms Judith Ravin is the U.S. Consul General in Chennai. She joined the U.S. Department of State in 2003 following many years working in Asia, Africa, and Latin America as an editor, translator, and journalist. As the Consul General in Chennai, she is responsible for advancing U.S.-India relations in the consular jurisdiction covering Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and the three Union Territories of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, and Puducherry.

Ms Prabha Narasimhan is the Managing Director and CEO, Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited. She has nearly 25 years of experience in Customer Development, Consumer Marketing and Innovation across geographies and multiple categories. She is a graduate of the IIM-Bangalore and Melbourne Business School.

Ms Gangapriya Chakraverti is the Managing Director at Ford Global Business Services. She has an abiding interest in issues relating to diversity, inclusion and wellness. Ms. Gangapriya has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a post-graduate degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations. She is also a Board member of the National HRD Network.

Ms Varalaxmi Sarathkumar is a film artiste whose work during the 2015 Chennai Floods won many hearts. She is the Founder of Save Sakthi Foundation, an NGO that fights to stop violence against women and children. She was the brand ambassador and spokesperson for Special Olympics and International Football Championship for Intellectually Challenged Children, which was hosted for the first time in India.

Dr Ranjini Manian is the Founder of India’s premier relocation and cross‐cultural services company – Global Adjustments – and the editor of India’s only free cultural magazine for global citizens – Culturama. She has served on the Harvard Women’s Leadership Board and authored books such as “Doing Business in India for Dummies”, “Upworldly Mobile” and “Make it in India”. She currently serves the Global Adjustments Foundation, whose mission is to empower women and girls by providing them with life leadership coaching through ChampionWoman workshops in schools, colleges and workplaces.

Mr Shane Cragun is the co-founder and CEO of LeadersCode. His company is cracking the code on exceptional leadership performance in the new world of work. Specifically, how leadership can be a valuable tangible, something you can see, touch, and feel, that leaders tap into during their weekly flow of work. LeadersCode is organizing a global tribe led by LeadersCode Ambassadors in every nook and cranny of the world. Mr. Cragun has been shortlisted for the Thinkers50 award. He is the co-author of Reinvention: Accelerating Results in the Age of Disruption.

Ms Ramya Bharathi is best recognized for her remarkable work and service as an IPS officer. She is a motivational speaker and is actively involved in various social causes. She is known for her personal efforts to ensure women safety. In fact, she was one of the few police officials who appealed to filmmakers, actors, and audience against promoting films that glorified violence against women.

Dr Meera Ragavan graduated from Madras Medical College with 32 gold medals including the prestigious Johnstone Gold medal for the best outgoing student. She completed her postgraduate training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at PGIMER Chandigarh, one of the most prestigious postgraduate training institutions in India. Subsequently she worked as a Senior Resident in PGIMER, Chandigarh; in JIPMER, Pondicherry; and as a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at South Manchester University Hospitals.

Dr Sandhya Shekhar is an active speaker at international and national forums, including TEDx, London Business School, etc. She serves on the Board of various organisations, consultative committees, institutions and NGOs. She is the founding CEO of IIT Madras Research Park, India’s first university research park. Dr Sandhyar is a recipient of several excellence awards from organizations including Gartner, Aptech and NIIT. She has been felicitated as an Outstanding Woman Achiever during the 100th International Women’s Day.

Ms Roshini Dilip Nichani is a a chartered accountant running a well-known apparel design store in Chennai. A certified professional make-up artist, she has worked on several fashion shows and events. Her biggest USPs is that she can make the looks go from a bold, funky, avant garde look to the other end of the spectrum with soft, ethereal and delicate facades without anyone knowing the contrast has been created by the same person.

Ms Aishwarya Selvaraj is the founder of Skin Envy, one of the well-known skin care clinics in Chennai. She believes that everyone deserves a “celebrity look”, so she has focused on creating innovative strategies to make treatments affordable and accessible to everyone. By creating her own path against all odds, Dr.Aishwarya Selvaraj stands as a symbol of confidence for all aspiring women out there .

Dr Lakshmi Chandrasekharan works at the Southend University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust as a Diabetes Specialist Dietitian and Renal Specialist Dietitian since 2005. She received the Foundation Trust’s staff achievement award in 2008 for her contribution to the diabetes dietetic service. She is passionate about teaching her students in renal care and diabetes.

Ms Swetha Kochar, an Associate Partner at PKC Management Consulting, was named the ‘Entrepreneur of the Year in Business Services’ at the 2020 Entrepreneur Awards. A Chartered Accountant by profession, Ms .Kochar has over a decade of experience in management consulting. She focusses on scaling up small- and mid-sized businesses and family businesses by setting up effective systems and processes.

Lt Cdr Imtiaz Begam joined the Indian Navy in July 2011. The officer hails from Tiruchirappalli, Tamilnadu. An electrical engineer and an MBA from IIM-Tiruchirappalli, Lt Cdr Imtiaz Begam is the Staff Officer of Logistics at the Headquarters of Tamilnadu and Puducherry Naval area of the Indian Navy. She received the Commander-in-Chief’s (Eastern Naval Command) commendation for devotion and dedication to duty.
